Product Descriptions & Specifications

While every effort is made to ensure that colors are a close representation of the actual product, slight variations in the actual goods may occur as every computer monitor displays its images based on internal settings.

Shipping & Handling

We ship both domestically and internally, using the most efficient and economical shipping carrier for your order. Our packages are sent via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Ground using United Parcel Service (UPS). If you would like your order expedited, please call us at (207) 767-2444.

Taxes

A sales tax of 5.0% is added to all orders shipped to Maine addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside Maine. Purchasers are responsible for any additional taxes owed.

Delivery Times

Please allow for 2-3 business days after receipt of your order for your purchase to ship. If an item is momentarily out of stock and/or delivery time is estimated to be a little longer, we will inform you via e-mail.

Damage & Lost In Transit

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Unfortunately, items occasionally get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens with your shipment, please contact us and we will provide you with information on returning the damaged goods and replace your product(s) as soon as possible.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all relevant documentation.

Return & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, please let us know. Aside from any personalized products, you may return any non-damaged, non-defective, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a full credit/refund of the purchase price (we do not refund shipping charges). The customer is responsible for all charges associated with return shipping. Before you return any product(s), return authorization from us is required. Please contact us at (207) 757-2444 or email to receive a return authorization. Customers will not receive credit for returns made without authorization or past the 30-day limit.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any of our customer information with anyone outside of our company, other than what is necessary to process our order.
If you choose to be on our mailing list, we will provide you with important updates via email. This list is maintained by us exclusively and will never be sold.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
